Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Delivery Times We strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Please note that the following delivery timelines are estimates and include handling, preparation, and dispatch from our warehouse:

• France: 3 to 4 days
• Europe: 4 to 7 days
• Rest of the World: 7 to 12 days

Note: During peak seasons or exclusive drops, order processing may take slightly longer due to a high volume of orders.

2. Shipping Carriers & Tracking Orders shipped to Metropolitan France are primarily handled via La Poste (Colissimo). European and International orders are shipped via trusted partners such as DHL or equivalent premium carriers. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow your package’s journey.

3. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders) If you place an order with a delivery address outside the European Union (EU), customs fees, import taxes, and duties may apply upon delivery.

• These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs paid at checkout.
• Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We have no control over these processes and cannot predict what these charges may be.
• If you refuse a delivery due to unpaid customs fees, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to gros cœur.

4. Delivery Delays Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during the checkout process. In accordance with French consumer law (Article L 138-2 of the French Consumer Code), in the event of a significant delivery delay, you have the option to cancel your order. If you receive the product after cancellation, we will refund the purchase price and shipping costs upon its return (Article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code). gros cœur cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused exclusively by the customer’s unavailability after several delivery attempts by the carrier.
