Return & Refund Policy
1. The 14-Day Return Window For merchandise shipped within the European Union and worldwide, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following strict criteria:
- Unworn and unused (only gently tried on for sizing).
- In its original condition and original packaging.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Completely free from any odor (perfume, deodorant, smoke, or body odor) and free from any stains or pet hair.
gros cœur reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions. Rejected items will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer’s Responsibility: If the return is requested for a change of mind, a sizing issue, or any other personal reason, the return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
- Our Responsibility: If the item received is defective, damaged, or if there was a preparation error on our end (wrong size/item sent), gros cœur will cover the return shipping costs in full.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Send us an email at groscoeurclub@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your Order Number and state whether you are requesting a Refund or reporting a Defective Item.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the exact return address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.
5. Refunds Processing We will notify you via email once our team has received and inspected your return package. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges The fastest and safest way to ensure you get the size or product you want is to return your original item for a refund. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item on our store.
